Our employees put their heart and soul into making our communities stronger and it’s not just about opening our wallets. Our people are hands on, investing time and effort into making our communities better places to be. We support annual campaigns, stuff food hampers, mentor youth in the community and more. Every little bit matters to those who need it.
We have a long-standing history of supporting the United Way through our annual workplace United Way Campaign. Across North America, the generosity of our employees goes a long way towards providing coordinated supports and services to those in need.
A united approach: fun times and funds raise for the community (Edmonton)
Once a week, many of our employees invest a little heart + soul into mentoring youth in the community, right in the workplace. Not only does this help set youth up for success in school and in life, but mentors feel great about the positive impact they’re having in mentee’s lives.
As a long-time supporter of the Food Bank, we give back in ways that matter, whether it’s donating funds and supplies or volunteering to stuff food hampers.
Cash grants
Employees who volunteer 30 hours within a calendar year are eligible to direct a $300 cash grant to a non-profit or charitable organization of their choice.
