Collingwood customer service survey

EPCOR is committed to operational and customer service excellence in Collingwood, Creemore, Stayer and Thornbury.

As a valued EPCOR customer, we are hoping you can take 6-8 minutes of your time to answer a survey about how we communicate with you, and what you want and need from us.

The survey is open until January 7, 2025.  Once you complete the survey, you’ll be entered into a contest for a chance to win one of five $100 Virtual Amazon gift cards.

By completing this survey, which will provide EPCOR with feedback on its customer service experience, you will be eligible to win one of five prizes of a $100 virtual Amazon gift card.  

• Review of all contest submissions is a manual process that will happen once the contest period has closed.
• The winner(s) will be selected by a random draw and must correctly answer a skill-testing question.
• The winner(s) must complete the customer survey by January 7, 2025 to be eligible. 
• Entries are limited to one (1) per participant. 
• Odds of winning are contingent upon the number of eligible entries received each week.
• EPCOR will award five (5) prizes of a $100 Amazon gift card.   
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Eligible participants must be 18 years or older and be a resident of Canada, except Québec.
• The selected winner(s) may be announced on EPCOR’s social media pages.
