How to report an outage: Collingwood, Creemore, Stayner or Thornbury area

If you are experiencing an interruption in your electricity service, we will work to get your power restored as soon as possible.

Remember to never go near or touch a fallen powerline. Stay 10 metres away. 

You can report an outage in three ways:
