How to pay your bill

We know each customer is unique. That's why we provide you with several convenient ways to pay your monthly EPCOR bill.*

Online

Make a payment using our online account management system.

Autopay

Never worry about missing a payment again. Have your monthly bill paid automatically from your bank account. Sign up for AutoPay.

Note: Please allow two business days for any online transactions to be processed.

Through your bank

Set up EPCOR as a payee/biller. You'll need to provide your EPCOR account number and mailing information on your bill to ensure correct payment.

Note: Service options may vary by bank and there may be a three-to-five day delay in your payment posting to your EPCOR account.

By phone

Call 1-800-383-0834 to use our interactive voice response system and pay your bill with a valid credit card.

By mail

Payment arrangements

We understand that sometimes circumstances in life occur that are out of your control—but we're here to help. At EPCOR, we are not turning off your service right now and if you haven't paid your bill, your account has been placed on hold. However, you are still responsible for your bill, even if you have fallen behind. If you are a customer struggling during this time, please call our Customer Care team—they are available 24/7—at 1-800-383-0834 or email us at mywater@epcor.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and find a payment plan or arrangement that is right for you.

You can also set up a payment arrangement for up to 3 months online by logging into your EPCOR account.

Steps to setting up a payment arrangement

  • Each month you will need to pay your monthly payment arrangement installment plus any current charges.
  • You can pay your past due balance in full at any time to end your payment arrangement by phone.
  • Call 1 (800) 383-0834 to use our interactive voice response system and pay your bill with a valid credit card.
